Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while keeping your satisfaction our top priority.
Setup Fees:
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover the time, design, and technical configuration invested in creating your site.
Yearly Subscription Fees:
For new customers, if you cancel within the first 14 days of launching your website, you’re eligible for a full refund of your yearly subscription. After that period, refunds are not available, but you’ll retain full access to your site for the remainder of the year.
For renewals, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your renewal date to prevent automatic renewal. Promotional pricing from your first year does not carry over to renewed plans.
Custom Design Services:
Because these services are tailored specifically to your organization, custom design and add-on services are non-refundable once work has begun.
