Homeschool Platform LLC Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Homeschool Platform LLC Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment

1.1 To enroll in the Program, you must complete the Affiliate Application form.
1.2 Homeschool Platform LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Eligibility

2.1 Commissions are paid only on the setup fee from a first-time customer’s initial purchase of a website package.
2.2 No commission will be paid on:

Recurring hosting or subscription fees

Taxes or refunded transactions

Add-ons, upgrades, or custom work completed after the initial order

Future services or purchases beyond the initial setup fee
2.3 Only one commission will be paid per referred customer, regardless of multiple purchases or accounts.
2.4 Self-referrals or referrals from affiliated entities under the same ownership or control are strictly prohibited.

3. Referral Qualification

3.1 To qualify for a commission, all of the following must occur:

The referred customer must be a first-time client of Homeschool Platform.

The referred customer must complete full payment for the initial setup fee.

The referred customer’s website must be fully launched and live on Homeschool Platform hosting.
3.2 All referrals are subject to verification and approval by Homeschool Platform.

4. Tracking & Attribution

4.1 Affiliates must use their unique tracking link provided by Homeschool Platform LLC.
4.2 Commissions are credited only when a customer completes a qualifying purchase through the affiliate’s valid referral link.
4.3 Standard tracking cookie duration is 90 days.

5. Payment Schedule & Method

5.1 Commissions are held for 90 calendar days after the referred customer’s payment to account for refunds or chargebacks.
5.2 After the 90-day hold, commissions are paid in the next monthly payout cycle, once the minimum threshold of $100 is reached.
5.3 Payments are issued via PayPal to the payment profile on file.
5.4 It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure PayPal details are accurate and up to date. Homeschool Platform is not responsible for delayed or failed payments due to incorrect or incomplete details.
5.5 No alternative payment methods will be offered.

Example: Referral pays in January → clears in April → paid in May.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Adjustments

6.1 If a customer cancels, requests a refund, or disputes a charge, the related commission will be voided.
6.2 If the commission has already been paid, Homeschool Platform reserves the right to deduct the amount from future payouts or request repayment from the Affiliate.

7. Affiliate Conduct

7.1 Affiliates agree not to:

Misrepresent themselves as Homeschool Platform staff.

Use “Homeschool Platform” or “Homeschool Website” in domain names, paid ads, or deceptive marketing.

Offer rebates, incentives, or discounts without prior written approval.

Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful marketing practices.

7.2 Homeschool Platform LLC reserves the right to terminate any affiliate who violates these rules.

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Homeschool Platform LLC. Affiliates have no authority to bind Homeschool Platform LLC to any obligation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Homeschool Platform LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of participation in the Program.

10. Termination

10.1 Homeschool Platform LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
10.2 Upon termination, all unpaid or pending commissions may be forfeited if earned in violation of this Agreement.

11. Program Administration & Changes

11.1 Homeschool Platform reserves the right to verify referral activity and decline or revoke commissions if fraud, abuse, or violations are suspected.
11.2 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Homeschool Platform Website Terms of Service.
11.3 Homeschool Platform may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including commission rates and payment terms, at any time without prior notice.
11.4 Any changes will be posted on the Homeschool Platform website. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
