Homeschool Platform is a technology and infrastructure provider only. We are not a school, educational institution, accredited institution, law firm, accounting firm, financial institution, payment processor, governmental educational agency, or regulatory authority.

Nothing on this website, in demonstrations, consultations, proposals, communications, onboarding materials, software tools, workflows, reminders, dashboards, or Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, accreditation, regulatory, educational, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Any purchasing or operational decision should be based on your organization’s own independent evaluation of its needs, legal obligations, and compliance requirements.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantee regarding:

  • enrollment growth;
  • registrations;
  • tuition collection;
  • fundraising outcomes;
  • search engine rankings;
  • payment processor approvals;
  • uninterrupted uptime;
  • specific business results;
  • accreditation outcomes;
  • legal or regulatory compliance;

  • compatibility with all third-party systems.

Client and Organizational Responsibility

Clients and organizations remain solely responsible for their own operations, including but not limited to:

  • enrollment decisions;
  • tuition or fee policies;
  • curriculum choices;
  • supervision and student safety;
  • instructor relationships;
  • transcript issuance;
  • student records;
  • tax reporting;
  • regulatory compliance;
  • accreditation requirements;
  • state filings;
  • internal communications; and
  • handling of member, family, or student information.

Organizations are solely responsible for determining and maintaining their own legal, educational, operational, and regulatory classifications under applicable laws.

Accreditation and Compliance

Homeschool Platform may provide tools, reminders, archival systems, document storage, tracking workflows, organizational features, or recordkeeping-related functionality intended to assist organizations with internal operations.

However, Homeschool Platform does not provide accreditation services, legal determinations, compliance certifications, governmental filings, regulatory approvals, or educational authorizations.

Organizations are solely responsible for independently verifying compliance with all applicable laws, filing obligations, accrediting-body standards, and operational requirements.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may reference, integrate with, or rely on third-party providers, including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, communication services, plugins, or software integrations.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, fees, underwriting decisions, disputes, chargebacks, holds, delays, interruptions, security incidents, or service availability.

Certain Services may allow organizations to connect their own third-party payment processor accounts, including Stripe Connect accounts or similar services. In such cases, the organization remains the merchant of record and retains sole responsibility for refunds, chargebacks, transaction compliance, taxes, reporting obligations, and processor-related liabilities.

Homeschool Platform does not store full payment card information except as necessary for limited integration functionality.

Demonstrations and Estimates

Any demo, mockup, consultation, estimate, projected timeline, launch target, pricing example, roadmap discussion, feature preview, or implementation discussion is illustrative only and may change based on scope, approvals, technical limitations, third-party providers, legal review, operational requirements, or business needs.

Records and Data

Organizations remain solely responsible for maintaining any records, reports, filings, transcripts, archives, or documentation required under applicable laws or organizational policies.

Any archival, export, retention, or organizational functionality provided through the Services is offered for convenience only and does not replace independent recordkeeping obligations.

Student and Minor Information

Organizations are solely responsible for obtaining any required parental consents, permissions, notices, or authorizations relating to student or minor information processed through the Services.

Homeschool Platform does not use student data for advertising purposes or AI model training.

Limitation of Reliance

You agree not to rely solely on statements, examples, demonstrations, workflows, reminders, organizational tools, or materials provided for informational purposes when making legal, tax, educational, operational, accreditation, or purchasing decisions.

Governing Terms

All Services are subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, invoices, proposals, onboarding agreements, and any separate written agreement.
