Families can pay for memberships and events directly through the website. For courses, once a family registers, teachers are notified via email, and families receive an email with the teacher’s contact details and accepted forms of payment. Payments are made directly to the teachers. Once the payment is confirmed, the family’s account is updated, and they gain private, secure access to important class information, including Zoom links.
- Centralized Communication: The new site included a robust event calendar with reminders and communication tools that allowed leaders to easily send updates to members, reducing confusion and ensuring everyone stayed informed.
