Pricing questions, answered
Why don't you charge per family?
Plans are priced by the size of your organization, not by headcount. Enrolling another family within your plan’s range doesn’t change what you pay, so growth never costs you a surprise line item.
How does billing work?
Prices are shown as a monthly rate and billed annually. Pro, for example, is $149/mo, which is $1,788 billed once a year.
What is the setup fee?
A one-time fee paid when you start: $99 for Core, $499 for Pro, and $999 for Premium. It stays the same at every organization size. Student records plans have no setup fee.
What if we have more than 100 families?
Pro and Premium scale in 100-family tiers. Pricing up to 300 families is under “View pricing” above; for 300+ families, contact us.
Can we accept payments from families?
Yes, on every plan. Every plan includes online payments, invoices, payment tracking and aging reports.
Does every plan include a website?
Every plan comes with a public website. Core includes a ready-made one-page site; Pro and Premium add Studio, our website builder, with up to 5 and up to 8 pages. Classes, programs, events, and student profiles are platform records, so they don’t count as pages.
Can we use student records without replacing our website?
Yes. Our Student Records plans help you manage enrollment, academics, and reporting while keeping your existing website. Pricing is based on the number of students and starts at $49/month, billed annually, with no setup fee. See Student Records pricing
What if none of the plans fit?
Custom is for organizations with multiple locations, statewide or network organizations, and specialized needs. It’s priced per organization, so tell us what you need.
