Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services provided while maintaining fairness. Here’s how it works:

Initial Setup Fees: Setup fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced, as they cover the initial effort and resources invested in creating your site.

Yearly Subscription Fees: For brand new customers, if you decide to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of launching your site, you are eligible for a full refund. After the 14-day period, refunds are no longer available, but you will retain full access to the site for the remainder of the subscription year. For subsequent years, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal. If you renew after canceling, any promotional pricing from the initial year will not apply.
